Spencer Hamlin Osborn (July 8, 1921 – May 1, 2006) was a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1984 to 1989. He was a member of both the First Quorum of the Seventy and the Second Quorum of the Seventy. Osborn was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Los Angeles, California. He was a full-time missionary for the LDS Church in northern California from 1942 to 1944. After his mission, Osborn met Avenelle Richards in Los Angeles; they were married in the Salt Lake Temple on May 25, 1945. They have seven children. For many years, Osborn ran a clothing company with his older brother. He served for ten years as president of the LDS Church's Granite Stake in Salt Lake County, Utah. In the early 1970s, Osborn served as president of the Alabama–Florida Mission of the LDS Church. He then was a regional representative of the Twelve. From 1982 to 1984 he served as a counselor in the presidency of the Salt Lake Temple. He was a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy from April 1984 In April 1989, he was made part of the newly formed Second Quorum of the Seventy. He was released as a general authority in September 1989. From 1990 to 1993, Osborn was the president of the Salt Lake Temple.
